THE HEALTHCARE REFORMS AND THE UNFORESEEABLE PROBLEMS.

Health plans and reforms which meant the upgraded services that entails experts medicine competence within affordable prices for all the citizens either by legislation, or by financial incentives, although they have been regarded as successful in some countries as in the USA and Germany, unforeseeable problems in the health plans and reforms in both countries have begun to appear. In the USA alone insurance premiums have been on the increase, despite the legislation that prevents such increase, while in Gemany the government has introduced additional fees paid by the patient and not the Insurance companies to prevent violations in premiums increase to meet the cost and the burden of the health plan, or reform that have mainly been socially and financially, rather than the required scientific reforms in the healthcare services of the mentioned countries.
