REALIZATION OF CERTAIN DREAMS THAT MAY BE SIGNIFICANT TO HUMAN EXISTENCE REQUIRES AMENDMENT OF LEGISLATIONS AND TREATIES AT A HIGH AND AT A GLOBAL SCALE.


The realization of certain dreams in various fields that at present and in the future may be significant to life in general and to the human race in particular may require the attention and a mendments of legislations, treaties and the penalties that may be subjected to violaters, or offenders of the laws often termed as treaties at a high and at a global scale.
The realization of the claim of the existence of life in other planets in the Universe which in my opinion would be a realistic dream for the scientists and astronauts to pursue and possibly accomplish than the search for Heaven somewhere in the Universe could be attained by the required amendments as the liberation of the markets and its people by the global market economy, the revolutionized communication enhanced by the world wide web huge internet network and the fastest means of transport, the air transportation that eased the world's population travel over long distance to just few hours.
Other fields that may require amendments , or exceptions entailed the search for and use of other sources of energy that are significant for the important projects as the energy itself, the space exploration, the search for new frontiers, wealth and life existence in the far a way planets in the Universe.
