THE EXPRESSED CONCERN ON OVER- POPULATION ITS CONSEQUENCES ON THE ENVIRONMENT, THE INHABITANTS AND THE MEASURES FOR, OR AGAINST IT.

The expressed concern on over-population growth, or population explosion exceeding billions in inhabitants population in some countries of the world particularly in the countries of the far east which includes China and India and its consequences on the environment and on the world population at home, or abroad have had significant media attention in its world wide media coverages, specially on the measures being taken that entails legislative, environmental, economical and social measures that too have had both positive and negative consequences, despite the positive intentions and measures taken against over-population growth in regard to child birth control, food availability in abundance, conservation policies and the implementation of mordern recycling methods.
The thorough enforcement of legislations for child birth control in Germany and some European countries has been attributed to the decline in number of the population of the young compared to the population of the old for both men and women. New legislations have been required with additional financial incentives for couples to have as many children as they can afford.
However, new environmental protection tecnology, sound financial background and educational awareness in regard to when to have children have all been that matters for the required balance in the world's over-population growth problems.
