POLICY MAKING DIFFERENCES AMONG THE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES, VIOLATION OF LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY, FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND SOCIAL SECURITY PROBLEMS IN THE RELATIVELY PROSPEROUS NATIONS OF THE WORLD HAVE REVEALED THE OVER-STRESSED CAPITALISTIC SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS THAT MAY BE ON THE PATH TOWARD THE STUMBLE FALL, OR TOTAL COLLAPSE OF CAPITALISM.

     Increasing political differences has emerged among the major political parties in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, after the Highest Court in Karlsruhe Germany ruled on the controversial theme for social security and child care benefits allocation for families named the the Hart IV (4) with the legislative authority that specified violation of Germany's Constitution on the last session and perhaps of the last debate on social security and child care benefits controversy. Besides, the higher financial demands on both governments and citizens of the relatively prosperous nations with the demographic disadvantages that may further result in both legal and illegal immigration problems have clearly revealed the over-stressed capitalistic systems of governments in our World today that may lead all the nations towards the path for the final huge tumble of Capitalism.
