ENERGY COMPANIES THAT USES FOSSIL FUEL AND THE ATOMIC ENERGY AS THE MAIN SOURCES FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRIC POWER TO MEET THE RISING DEMAND FOR ELECTRIC ENERGY SUPPLY HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE WITH THE GOVERNMENT TO REMAIN FUNCTIONAL, DESPITE THE EXTENDED CRITICISM AGAINST VIOLATION OF THE ENACTED LEGISLATIONS FOR THE CHANGE OF THE ENERGY POLICY WITH THE SHIFT TO ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY ENERGY SOURCES.

      The government and the energy companies that uses fossil fuel and the atomic energy as the main sources for the generation of high capacity and efficient electric power to meet the rising demand for electric energy consumption in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have reached compromise with the government to remain functional, despite the government's policy for the change of energy policy with the shift from the atomic energy and fossil fuel combustion as the main sources for electric energy generation to the environment friendly and less hazardous renewable energy sources such as the Wind, Solar and Geothermal energy sources until the year two thousand and twenty two (2022). However, this compromise between the government and various electric energy companies that will help maintain sufficient generation of the required electric energy supply and financial goals, has subjected all the energy companies to the obligations for drastic reduction of carbon dioxide emission and the emission of other toxic gases. Besides, the extended criticism of the compromise with the agreements by both the Environmentalists, particularly the Green Peace activists and Eurozone politicians, or intellectuals that have criticized the compromise with the agreements as violation of the enacted legislations that came with the government's change of energy policy in Germany and many Eurozone countries for a cleaner and safer Environment free from toxic gases, pollution and global warming problems that often results in drought, habitat destruction and extinction of various species.
