A BREAK-THROUGH HAS BEEN ATTAINED FOR THE SCHEDULED WORLD CUP FOOTBALL COMPETITIONS IN THE HOST COUNTRIES OF RUSSIA AND QATAR.

      A break-through has been attained in the controversial debates for, or against the shift of the scheduled World Cup Football Competitions in the host countries of Russia and Qatar for the years two thousand and eighteen (2018) and two thousand and twenty two (2022) respectively with the strengthened recommendation of the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) during the series of debates held over the weekends untill Yeaterday in both the European capitals  and Russia, inspite of the rising financial difficulties, insecurity concern and severe weather condition in intense heat, sand storm and terrorists attacks in the mentioned host countries. Russia has announced its intention to host the scheduled World Cup Competition for the Year two thousand and eighteen (2018) in the Russian city of Volgograd, inspite of the increasing financial difficulties in Russia, due to the USA and European Union countries continued sanction against Russia, besides the insecurity concern in Eastern Europe and Russia because of the war in East of Ukraine. Russia has also requested a friendly football match with the German's national team and the World Cup Football Champions in the city of Volgagrad, before the scheduled preparation and opening of the city for the scheduled World Cup Football Competition. However, the Amir, or Prince of Qatar has remained silent about the required financial responsibility to overcome severe weather condition in the Arab Gulf country of Qatar.
