THE USA HAS EXPERIENCED UNPRECEDENTED AND STRENGTHENED SOLIDARITY OF ITS CITIZENS IN REPEATED CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST NON-VIOLENT AND VIOLENT DEMONSTRATION, DUE TO CLAIMS OF USA HIGH COURT BIAS INDICTMENT PROCESS ON THE SECOND MURDER CASE OF AN UNARMED AND INNOCENT BLACK YOUTH.

THE USA HAS EXPERIENCED UNPRECEDENTED AND STRENGTHENED SOLIDARITY OF ITS CITIZENS IN REPEATED CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST NON-VIOLENT AND VIOLENT DEMONSTRATION, DUE TO CLAIMS OF OF USA HIGH COURT BIAS INDICTMENT PROCESS ON THE SECOND MURDER CASE OF AN UNARMED  AND INNOCENT BLACK YOUTH.

       All Americans with diverse racial, or ethnical, religious, financial and social background have experienced unprecedented and strengthened solidarity in repeated civil indiscipline by protest, non-violent and violent demonstration, due to claims of USA bias indictment process on the second murder case of an unarmed and innocent black youth called Eric Garner in the Atlantic city, or New York city. Besides, claims of continued police violence in black communities that has been referred to in the media as police brutality against black men and in various black Communities in the USA. However, the citizens in New York and various States in the USA have demanded an immediate action from the USA High Court on the second murder case against the unarmed black youth who had been suffocated to death by a number of police officers on charges of resistance to an arrest which did not deserve beating and suffocating of the unarmed black youth to death, despite the requirement for justice based on the Court's impartial decision making process on the indictment process against a number of police officers for the Murder of Eric Garner that has gained much public attention on various occations and sport events.
