ATHENS PROJECTED BRIGHTER FUTURE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC PROSPECTS WITH FREQUENT DEMAND FOR FINANCE PACKAGES REMAINS EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENT MAJOR CONCERN.

      European Union government concern about Athens frequent demand for European Union finance packages, despite acknowledged faster recovery for the projected brighter financial and economic prospects in Greece has caused controversial debates in the European Union Parliament in Brussel and political dispute among the major political parties in few European Union countries that entailed the Democratic Republic of Germany's major coalition government of the Christian Democratic Union Parties and Social Democratics, or SPD that emphasized the requirement for faster financial freedom and economic progress by tougher European Union Austerity Measures, unified finance and bank policy in the Eurozone and continued sales of the Eurbonds in return for the European Union Finance Rescue Packages. However, Athens recent finance and economic progress has been attained by the government's saving packages, liberalized investment policy for both the domestic and foreign investors which included the private believers, despite continued civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration, due to the government's policy for faster implementation  of European Union Austerity Measures  that have caused outsourcing, unemployment, or jobs frequent lost among the citizens in Greece.
