AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES CRASH RATE ON THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS AND MANY USA ROADS OF THE VARIOUS STATES HAS REMAINED RELATIVELY CONSTANT DURING THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY AND PERHAPS IN THE ENTIRE HOLIDAY SEASON, WHEN COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEARS.
Automotive vehicles crash rate in Atlanta Georgia and various States of USA has remained relatively constant at over ten percent crash rate on the Interstate Highways and many USA roads during the Thanksgiving Holiday and perhaps in the entire holiday Season, when compared to the previous years. These relatively frequent accidents on the Interstate Highways and other roads in the USA various States may have been attributed to various causes, or violation that may entail drunk driving, or driving, while impaired (DWI), over speeding beond the posted speed limit on the Highways and other roads, besides traffic signals and warning signs violation by both motorists and pedestrians on the many roads in the USA. However, continued effort has been exerted on this regard with the much work that had been done and continues to bedone to decrease frequent road accidents on various USA roads that included the USA Highways, particularly on the maintenance, or reconstructionof the broader roads with wider multiple lanes for both the on-coming and out-going traffic in addition to the over-pass continued maintenance. Other factors that may require revision, or amendment of traffic regulations and legislation has been emphasized as increased surveillance on the Interstate Highways and other roads by traffic cameras, or deployment of law enforcement personnel.
