THE GOVERNMENT IN KIEV REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO RESTORE ORDER AND DISBAND THE PRO-RUSSIAN REBEL FORCES HAS BEEN REINFORCED BY THE DEPLOYMENT OF MILITARY AND SPECIAL POLICE FORCES IN EAST OF UKRAINE.

THE GOVERNMENT IN KIEV REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO RESTORE ORDER AND DISBAND THE THE PRO-RUSSIAN REBEL FORCES HAS BEEN REINFORCED BY THE DEPLOYMENT OF MILITARY AND SPECIAL POLICE FORCES IN EAST OF UKRAINE.

      Citizens civil indiscipline in continued protest, demonstration with the occupation of government's buildings in the East of Ukraine has proven more effective and a path to independence for the entire region of East Ukraine, despite the government in Kiev and many other governments rejection such as the USA and European Union governments rejection of further disintegration of Ukraine in to smaller nations. Three quarters of the region in East Ukraine has begun to enjoy the unofficial independence of a new governing body , despite the dependence on the government in Kiev that has redeployed both the military and special police forces in East Ukraine to restore order in the entire region, besides the repeated military atempts to disband the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces, due to the claim of occupation of one third of the region, when massive build-up of the USA and the Allied Forces have been detected at the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine.
