RUSSIA'S BULGING MILITARY MUSCLES HAS CONTINUED TO SPREAD FEAR, INSPITE OF TROOPS WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RUSSIAN UKRAINE BORDER.

       Diplomatic breakthrough between the USA, Russia and European Union may have attributed to Russian Troops withdrawal from Ukraine Russian border with the reduced mounting pressure of fear, due to Russia's continued bulging military muscles, particularly in the East and West European countries that are in the neighborhood to Russia, or the East European countries. Elevated security alert and continuous military surveillance have been recommended against possible Russian military intervention in the specified regions of both the East and West European countries. Besides, the attacks against the domestic and foreign military Bases in the same region by Russian formidable air-force and missile defense forces. However, both the domestic and foreign military Bases of the East and West  have successfully intercepted, or short down frequent Russian military missile launch , or fighter jets attack against both the domestic and foreign military Bases in Russia, the East and West European countries.
