EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT FINAL DECISION ON DATA STORAGE REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL, DESPITE THE ENACTION OF THE LEGISLATION FOR DATA PROTECTION.

EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT FINAL DECISION ON DATA STORAGE REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL, DESPITE THE ENACTION OF THE LEGISLATION FOR DATA PROTECTION.

European Union Parliament final decision on personal and information transfer data storage has remained controversial, despite the enaction of the legislation for data protection with possible data storage within limited period of time that should not exceed six months period. Further request for the final decision on the issue of limited data storage from both the European Union Highest Court and Germany's Highest Court in Karl's Ruhe has alarmed many electronic data storage companies, Online Services, Police Departments, Investigation and Intelligence Agencies, Search Engines Online Companies, Credit Card Companies, Banks and E-Commerce Companies that have attributed their financial and economic success rated at over seventy percent to basic data storage and information transfer at the global scale. However, it remains unknown, when the legislation and its enforcement in Europe, the USA and around the World may begin with the destruction of electronic data that has been claimed as data protection.
