WIDER RANGE EFFECT ON COMMUNITIES, DUE TO MILITARY BASES CLOSER AND MILITARY BUDGET REDUCTION IN BOTH EUROPE AND IN THE USA.

Many communities in both Europe and in the USA may bundle-up in much warmer Winter season clothing in this coming Winter season as the Winter approaches, due to the wider range effect on communities in military Bases closer and budget reduction in both Europe and in the USA, particularly in Germany. About thirty one (31) military Bases have been closed in accordance with the German government defense policy for troops reduction in a country in which its increasing participation in the sought for solutions to the world's problems that entailed humanitarian involvement and armed military intervention such as in Afghanistan , Iraq and Libya have been widely acknowledged. However, the government domestic responsibilities on certain communities, particularly on those in which the dependency of certain communities on the military Bases eventually grew and finally became the main backbone, or life-line in employment provision with much wider range of services such as transportation, shopping malls, sport facilities and entertainment locations provision for both the military personnel and civilians seemed to have been neglected.
