The European Union stumble on internet data protection, wireless cell phones spying, other wired, or wireless electronic devices spying and the monitoring with the control of cyber attacks within and out of the European Union space remains controversial, despite Germany's attempt to control the tecnical aspects in the wireless space by regulations, or rules that have been difficult to be enacted to legislations specifically in Germany and in Europe at the European level in general. However, the repeated attempts for the solution of the problems in various conventions and debates at the European level have suggested alternative solutions that led to the foundation of Europe's only Cyber Defense Center in Germany's previous capital Bonn Badgodesberg, besides the suggestion for the foundation of Microsoft of European version in one of Europe's capitals which could possibly be founded in either Germany, France, or Brussel the Europeans capital of Luxemburg.
