THE OUTBREAK AND THE SPREAD OF STOMACH INFECTION IN GERMANY.

The outbreak of stomach infection that has been identified by Doctors and the medical personnel as similar to the EHEC bacteria has continued to spread in many States of Germany. The EHEC bacteria which originated in Germany's Northern most region of Schleswig Holstein has spreaded and infected many people as far as Hamburg, the Niedersachsen, Mecklenburg Vorpommen, North Rhein Westfalia, Saarland and as far as Bayern Munchen. Many of the patients that have been infected by the stomach bacteria have been hospitalized and rescued. One patient has remained the only exception that could not be rescued and has died of stomach infection . Sources of the EHEC bacteria have been identified as fruits and vegetables. The citizens and tourists in Germany have been warned to thoroughly wash vegetables and fruits with running water before consumption. Inspite of the spread of the stomach infection that may be described as an epedemic, no travel restriction has been placed on either the entry, or th exit permit to and from Germany.
