Website and blog owners may soon be made the next Julian Assange and tracked everywhere they may go as a result of the bill that has been passed in Europe that aims at providing each and every website, or blog owner with special identification card that has been electronically activated. Although, these identification cards have meant for money transactions and fraud prevention for major and minor business, or money making websites and internet blogs, it could be used to control media information exchange and violate the freedom of speech in Europe and a round the world.
