The first global concern of the New year has been the rising fuel prices attributed to the high demand on crude oil, due to severe Winter condition in both the USA and in Europe. The crude oil price per barrel increased from the December high of $ 91.50 per barrel of crude oil to $92.58 in the world markets. This increase in price of crude oil by one dollar and eight cents ($ 1.08) in the world markets has spreaded worries a round the world markets that the price of crude oil per barrel could exceed a hundred dollars in few months.
