RUSSIA AND USA ARMS TREATIES.

Inspite of recent violation of arms Treaties which entailed the deployment and launch of the ban long range Continental and ballistic Missiles armed with possible nuclear war heads, besides the ambition for combined Western and Eastern European countries nuclear and missiles defense shield, despite the strategic arms reduction Treaty and many countries ambition for nuclear tecnology, despite the non-nuclear proliferation Treaty. The Senate has voted unanimously for the begin and the extension of the sessions until next year for the ratification of Russia and USA arms Treaties, which entailed the nuclear Treaty, despite criticism of the arms Treaties between Russia and USA that requires amendment, instead of ratification.
