THE AIR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN RENDERED UN-OPERATIONAL IN MANY COUNTRIES, DUE TO SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITION.

Air transportation systems in many countries, particularly in the European countries, the USA, Canada and Russia have been rendered un-operational since last week, due to severe weather condition in the mentioned locations. Thousands of passengers scheduled for either take-off, or arrival in the domestic and the international flights bound for destinations that have been affected by the weather condition have been stranded at the world's major International airports through out Europe and in the USA. Compensation for the delays in both the domestic and the international flights have not been mentioned.
