THE UGANDAN RURAL COMMUNITIES BAN ON GAY AND ANTI-HOMOSEXUALITY PRACTICE REGULATIONS MAY GO FORWARD, DESPITE THE WESTERN GOVERNMENTS INTERVENTION.

The Ugandan rural communities anti-gay regulations and the ban on homosexuality in their communities whose violators would be subjected to drastic capital punishment by hanging until death may go forward, despite the Western governments and the Humanitarian Organizations intervention against the legislative support of the rural communities ban on homosexuality along with the drastic penalties by death against the violators of the rural communities regulations by the Ugandan Parliament that has allowed discussion on the isssue and passed abill that may be enacted to a legislation in the next year.
