CANCER ACTIVISTS AND SUPPORTERS OF BREAST CANCER AWARENESS GROUPS WALKED DOWN ATLANTA'S INNER CITY STREETS YESTERDAY IN THE ANNUAL BREAST CANCER WALK TO DEMONSTRATE THEIR CONCERN AND PROTEST AGAINST THE SPREAD OF THIS INCURABLE DISEASE.
Cancer activists and supporters of the breast cancer awareness groups walked through Atlanta's midtown and downtown streets yesterday as part of the sixty miles three days walk dedicated to the annual observance of breast cancer awareness and perhaps other cancer related diseases in the USA. Many of the participants that were mostly females and had dressed themselves in pink clothes waved and greeted the spectators as the spectators cheered them as they walked down the inner cities streets in their long trek aimed to demonstrate their concern and protest against the spread of the disease called cancer that has been regarded as an epidemic in the USA. In the USA alone about a hundred thousand USA citizens dies annually of breast cancer and cancer related diseases, while several thousand others made victims by the disease struggles with their families as survivors of the disease.
