The speech of the President and of the world world leaders on the armament of certain nations and their own, whether they may be leaders of the strongest nations on Earth such as the USA, the European Union, the Nation at Sea, the Asian countries, Middle Eastern countries, Arab, African and the Latin American countries, or the least stronger nations in regard to the flexion of the military muscles during armed conflicts and the overall dominancy in the military superiority have initiated writes, authors, and intellectuals to reflect their concern against renewed emerging arms race with possible outbreak of major armed conflicts of the next decades in our rather peaceful world of today.
The initiative that hasn't been made to a peaceful Movement comprised of recall to memory and the commmemoration of major and extra-ordinary events,or incidents caused by armed conflicts that had occurred in our world by written request, complains and renewed advertisement on the media which may be the internet,or television network.
Reminder of the need for non nuclear proliferation Treaty has been the annual commemoration dedicated in recall to memory of the loved ones killed in the atomic blast of two Japanese cities during the second world war. Another chapter may include coverages of armed military conflicts, or military skirmishes in which banned weapons had been used, despite the ban of such weapons by Treaties that forbids the use of such weapons in conventional, or unconventional warfares. Some of the weapons banned incudes the long range continental, ballistic missiles and the atomic bomb.
