THE SEASONS SUDDEN CASES, DUE TO COLD AND HEAT.

Winter season cold related cases such as sudden collapse, or faint, due to hypothermia and other types of conditions that requires emergency medical repond and attention rarely occurs in the inner cities, mid-towns and villages in the outer skirts of the states of the USA, due to constant supply of electric energy, gas, coal and wood for the heating systems in the buildings, when compared to the summer season sudden medical cases such as stroke attributed to excessive heat during summer's hottest days. Infact, summer season in the USA accounts for much of the electric energy consumption often required for air conditioning systems which at times exceeds Electric Power Stations maximum out-put capacity that consequently may result in frequent electric power outages, or black-out during the summer season.
However, despite the country's dependancy on foreign oil, Electric Power Stations oil supply have remained constant as required , inspite of high demand of electric energy consumption in all the States of USA.
