THE IMPLEMENTATION OBJECTIVES OF MINSK PEACE TREATY HAS CONTINUED, INSPITE OF REPEATED CEASEFIRE VIOLATION AND SERIES OF DEMONSTRATIONS IN BOTH MOSCOW AND KIEV.

Inspite of repeated ceasefire violation and series of demonstrations in the Russian capital city Moscow and in Ukraine the implementation of the objectives of Minsk Peace Treaty for peace in East of Ukraine has continued as scheduled. Ceasefire observation has been observed in the expanded ceasefire zone.The exchange of prisoners of wars and political prisoners has begun in some parts of Ukraine with the relinquishment of heavy machinery weapons for mass destruction. Peace keeping mission of both the Russian Forces and the European Union Defense Forces that may include the Blue Helmet of the United Nations may soon be followed by further allocation of the European Union humanitarian assistance and financial packages. Besides, the election process that may determine East of Ukraine Autonomy, or total indepence of East of Ukraine as an independent sovereign nation of East of Ukraine within the Russian Federation. However, Russian government and citizens have simultaneously expressed their objection to the deployment of the Peace Keeping Forces, particularly of the Blue Helmet that have been scheduled for deployment by the United Nations Organization  and against the recall to memory of Maidan victims by the Western Leaders which many citizens in both Moscow and Kiev believed it emphasized the encroachment process of the Western System of governments and influence for the predicted changes, or transformation of East Europeans and Russian citizens with their ways of life.
