RUSSIA AND THE MAJOR EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES LEADERS HAVE GIVEN IN TO THE PRO-RUSSIAN REBELS DEMAND FOR INDEPENDENCE OF EAST OF UKRAINE BY DEMOCRATIC ELECTION PROCESS THAT COULD FAIL AGAIN AND CAUSE CHAOS AND THE OUTBREAK OF THE SECOND MAJOR WAR IN EAST OF UKRAINE.

Minsk Treaty for peace in East of Ukraine and the whole of Ukraine became effective for implementation on the early hours of Sunday, February,15th. in the year 2015 and will continue, or remain to be media highlight of the month in the USA, the Eurozone countries, Russia and various countries of the World, despite the rising challenges in enforcement of the objectives of the peace agreement that has been signed by four leaders of the major countries that entailed the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, the President of France Francois Hollande and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Among the objectives specified included immediate ceasefire observation in East of Ukraine. The enlargement of the ceasefire zone with the requirement for constant surveillance of the area. The relinquishment of heavy arms use for mass destruction by both the Ukraine Forces and the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine. Exchange of Prisoners of War with the demand for their release by various factions, Rebel Forces and governments. Preparation for Democratic election that may determine the independence of Donetsk and Lohansk that makes East of Ukraine two major cities. The allocation of finance and humanitarian assistance packages for both Ukraine and East of Ukraine and the requirement for Amnesty for political prisoners, asylum seekers and refugees at both the domestic and foreign levels. However, few media sources in both the USA and European Union countries may have speculated and varied in their opinions on the claimed fact that major European Union countries leaders and Russia have given in to the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces demand for independence by Democratic election process that could fail again and cause chaos, or the outbreak of second war in East of Ukraine.
