 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND FRANCE HAVE SIMULTANEOUSLY, BUT SEPARATELY IMPLEMENTED AND ENFORCED TOUGHER SECURITY MEASURES AND INTENSIFIED AIRSTRIKES ON SUSPECTED ISIS AND OTHER ISLAMIC MILITANTS TARGETS IN NORTHERN IRAQ AND SYRIA.

     The United States of America government and France have simultaneously, but separately implemented and enforced elevated security level, tougher immigration procedures and intensified airstrikes on suspected ISIS and other Islamic Militants targets in Northern Iraq and Syria, despite the Senate, Congress and European Union countries Parliament members objection to the measures that has been generally described as the unauthorized measures that often requires Parliamentary and legislative procedures for the government's sound decision making process and Constitutionally approved methods that will enact the legislation that may further authorize implementation, or enforcement of the exceptionally tougher measures with the use of military force in difficult time . However, the Republican Political Party current majority clout in both the Senate and Congress may overide Parliamentary Members and citizens complains about the required government's sound decision making, fair accountability methods and the use of military force in difficult time, or against problems that may require the United Nations Security Council General Assembly decision for the implementation of the alternative Resolution that will authorize the use of military force as a generally accepted solution for the problems solution, or conflict resolution. Other issue, or rather the demand for an answer that may have been ignored entailed the answer to the question of how would intensified airstrikes in Northern Iraq and Syria resolve domestic terror attacks problems in the USA, or Europe and the rising casualty rate of the armed personnel in uniform and in the war on terror in foreign countries?
