THE LAMPEDUSA AND FEW MEDITERRANEAN COASTAL TOWNS REFUGEES INFLUX AND ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSING PROBLEMS BECAME MAJOR HUMANITARIAN CRISIS ISSUE IN BOTH THE SOUTHERN AND NORTHERN EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

      The Lampedusa and few Mediterranean Coast refugees influx from North African and Arab World countries to both the Southern and Northern European countries became major humanitarian crisis problem than may have been major immigration crisis of both refugees and illegal immigrants to Southern and Northern European countries, due to contineous flow of refugees and illegal immigrants in boats that have been frequently involved in much higher tides and deep Sea accidents that have annualy killed hundreds to thousands of them in their repeated failed attempts in the sought for a safe heaven in the Southern and Northern European Union smaller coastal towns  along the Mediterranean Sea and the North Sea. European Union countries measures against illegal border crossing by erection of wired fence along the Mediterranean Coastline and by constant surveillance of the erected fence by the boarder coast guards patrol and high tecnology surveillance equipments, or devices such as computers, telescopes, satellites and wireless smartphones have proven ineffective for the required boarder control and for the prevention of further death of innocent refugees and illegal immigrants from North Africa, West Africa, East Africa and the Arab World countries that have been devastated by civil wars, rebel movements wars and foreign military intervention conflicts. The Arab Gulf countries have attempted to resolve this refugees, illegal immigrants and humanitarian crisis in Southern and Northern European Union countires by huge money cntribution that exceeded half a billion US dollars that never reach the struggling refugees in Southern and Northern European countries, while African countries governments have either kept silent, or regarded the crisis as criminal case of illegal border crossing from Northern African countries and Arab World countries to Southern and Northern European countries.
