GERMANY'S PARLIAMENT THE BUNDESTAG CONCLUDED ITS DEBATES ON THE PREVIOUSLY CONTROVERSIAL DEFENSE POLICY THAT ENTAILED THE REDEPLOYMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY IN AFGHANISTAN.
Germany's Parliament the Bundestag concluded its debates yesterday on the previously controversial defense policy that entailed the redeployment of the German military also known as the Bundeswehr in Afghanistan after the deployment period of the German military in Afghanistan expired early in the month with overwhelming support of the government's defense policy for redeployment of the military in Afghanistan. This success of the government's defense policy for the extension of the military deployment period in Afghanistan which has been limited to about eight hundred and fifty active soldiers within an unspecified period of time has been attributed to the Defense Ministry success in the enaction of the defense legislations that had been controversial among political parties and in the Parliament for the diversification, liberalization and support of the German military with wide range opportunities that included further education, employment opportunities, Troops recruitment opportunities and possible armament of the military for well equipped Bundeswehr to meet the government's increasing role of responsibility for both the domestic and foreign defense policy that included the German military intervention in foreign conflicts, humanitarian and peace mission involvement at a global level and with, or without the requirement for compliance with the United Nations resolution for peace which may include the alternative Resolution for the use of military forces when necessary in the domestic and foreign missions which include humanitarian peace mission, or military intervention for conflict resolution.
