       European Union countries economic growth, potential financial markets business performance, citizens increasing purchasing power in the fourth business quarter and the currency value have generally shrank, when compared to the USA surprising economic growth, financial markets gains, USA citizens higher rate purchasing power in the fourth business quarter, specially in the retail sector that has remained the number one best business performing sector and the mostly recovered currency value of the USA currency the US dollar may have been attributed to the USA citizens inflation purchasing attitude in mostly the retail sector that has been encountered by continued inflation readjustment measures of the USA Treasury. In Germany financial and business statistics results have revealed an overall decrease of two point nine percent (2.9%) and over in Germany and many European Union countries in the retail business sector, despite the minimal unemployment rate of seven point five percent (7.5%) in the Northern European Union countries. Besides, the disputed economic growth of better performing Eurozone countries that have been rated at zero point eight percent (0.8%), one point two percent (1.2%) and one point eight percent respectively.
