HIGHER EXPECTATION FOR PROBLEM SOLUTION OF THE WORLD'S MOST URGENT ISSUES HAS BEEN PLACED ON THE UNITED NATIONS SIXTY FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

     Higher expectation for problem solution of the World's most urgent issues, or trouble has been placed on the United Nations sixty fourth General Assembly scheduled to take place early in the week in New York city as new arrivals of mostly leaders and delegates to the United Nations General Assembly has further trickled at the USA various ports, particularly at the New York Airports. Few of the issues that have been mentioned for discussion, or revision during the General Assembly by the Security Council Members and many delegates of the countries of the World entailed USA government effort to rally support of all the countries of World which included the Arab World countries for the fight against terrorism with special emphasis on the fight against ISIS. The crisis in East of Ukraine, the sanction against Russia and Russian government intervention in the Ukraine conflict. The Israelites Palestinian conflict, the conflict in Iraq and Syria, the rising refugees influx problems in many countries of the World and the ebola epidemic outbreak in the West African countries. However, requirement for impartiality on the decision making process during the General Assembly, specially of the United Nations Security Council Members  with regard to the resolution of the mentioned urgent issues by the United Nations alternative Resolution that will authorize the use of military force as possible solution to the mentioned problems. Russia, China and the European Union countries have been expected to reject any Resolution that will authorize the use of force for the solution of any of the mentioned problems.
