THE GERBER FOUNDATION MEETING HAS BEEN CONCLUDED WITH SUCCESS.

     The Gerber Foundation meeting held in Oslo the capital of Norway in the last two days has been concluded with success, particulary on the six hundred million US dollars that has been raised of which four hundred and fifty million US dollars has been allocated to the Southern Sudan government to eleviate the worsening financial difficulties, hunger, starvation  and the outbreak of various diseases, due to insecurity problems, specially in the Upper Nile  and Bahr- El-Ghazal regions. However, both the foreseeable problems and unforeseeable difficulties  such as better Organization, logistic and racial, or ethnicity problems  that have threatened to split the Southern Sudan in to three separate independent regions within the whole of Southern Sudan independency and sovereignty may hinder the required ease in the distribution of the allocated funds that should be protected from rising mismanagement, or corruption  in all the three Southern Sudan regions with special emphasis on Equatoria region for militarization of the whole Southern Sudan regions, due to better equipped, best trained and well nourished Southern Sudan Army which its success has been based on privatized sector project of domestic major and successful contractors.
