RECENT INTERNAL DIPUTE IN THE USA HIGH COMMAND CYBER DEFENSE DIVISION AND NATO'S DWINDLING RECRUITMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CYBER DEFENSE FORCES OFFICERS HAVE HAD PROFOUND IMPACT ON CYBER DEFENSE OPERATION.

RECENT INTERNAL DISPUTE IN THE USA HIGH COMMAND CYBER DEFENSE DIVISION AND NATO'S DWINDLING RECRUITMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CYBER DEFENSE FORCES OFFICERS HAVE HAD PROFOUND IMPACT ON CYBER DEFENSE OPERATION.

      Recent internal dispute in the USA High Command Cyber Defense Division, NATO'S dwindling recruitment of professional Cyber Defense Forces Officers  and the contention between the USA and European Union countries, particularly Germany over the foundation of Cyber Defense Centers with the recruitment of professional cyber defense military, or police officers have had profound impact on the operation of respective departments that may have been felt as unidentified cyber attacks have been directed against the USA and European Union Cyber Defense Centers, Institutions, Networks, Base Stations and Nuclear Reactors that have remained functional in both the USA and European Union countries on China's claim of these cyber attacks which included the interception of Long Range Ballistic Missiles in the Pacific Ocean that have been reversed to their sites of lunch in the Atlantic Ocean, beyond the Atlantic Ocean and later destroyed by unidentified Cyber Defense Forces in the specified Oceans of both the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. However, the only European Union Cyber Defense Center located in Den Haag the Niederlands has not identified and reported any unusual cyber attacks activities in the Atlantic Ocean and beyond the Alantic Ocean.
