USA CONGRESS FAILED ATTEMPT TO BLOCK THE SENATE AND THE GOVERNMENT'S PLAN FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT IN SYRIA BY ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF USE OF MILITARY FORCE HAS CAUSED TENSE CONDITION AROUND THE WORLD.

USA CONGRESS FAILED ATTEMPT TO BLOCK THE SENATE AND THE GOVERNMENT'S PLAN FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT IN SYRIA BY ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF USE OF MILITARY FORCE HAS CAUSED TENSE CONDITION AROUND THE WORLD.

       USA Congress failed attempt to block the Senate and the government's plan for military strikes against Syria which has been specified within a week's time period has caused, a rather tense condition in governments offices around the World, particularly in the Executive, the Defense, the Foreign, the Interior and Humaitarian offices in the various countries of USA, Russia, the European Union, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries. The USA Foreign Secretary, Mr. John Kerry extensive visits around the World, specially to Russia, the European Union, the Middle Eastern and the Arab World has rallied support for the USA government decision for military strikes against Syria, despite Russia, China and the United Nations Organization rejection against the planned military strikes which has been referred to as the alternative resolution of the conflict in Syria by means of military force, inspite of the extended controversy in the Security Council on the mandate for peace in Syria and the Arab World countries.
