THE USA SENATE FINAL DECISION FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE CURRENT CONFLICT IN SYRIA BY ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF USE OF MILITARY FORCE LIMITED TO SIXTY DAYS.

      The USA Senate final decision for the resolution of the current conflict in Syria by the alternative means of use of military force limited to sixty days military intervention without the redeployment of ground forces in Syria that has been based on the UN Investigators report of use of chemical weapons by the Syrian army during the over two years civil war and the delayed strikes against Syria that had been scheduled on Wednesday, Sept.o4 in the year 2013 made headlines and breaking news as the most controversial political and media highlights in many countries of the World, particularly in the USA, Russia, the Asian countries, the European Union countries, the Middle Eastern, The Arab World and African countries. However, some countries believed that the reason for the outbreak of war in Syria, particularly of the Western countries will once again be the consequence of intelligent failure. Other sources have speculated on the fact that three unidentified fighter jets  bombed targets inside Syria on the scheduled day for the outbreak of the Western countries war in Syria and returned safely to their Base.
