THE STATE OF NORTH RHEIN WESTFALIA HAS APPROVED WITH LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY THE PERMISSION FOR ISLAMIC SCHOOLS TO TEACH ISLAMIC RELIGION LESSONS.

         The State of North Rhein Westfalia has approved with legislative authority the permission for Islamic schools in the State of North Rhein Westfalia in Germany to teach Islamic Religion lessons in their schools after the State of Hamburg succeeded in the enaction of the legislation for the Constitutional Civil Rights of equality between the male and the female in the Muslim communities in the State of Hamburg, particularly for the German citizens borned of immigrant Muslim parents of which many have been children and young adults in return for the observation of the Islamic Religion holidays and the permission for the Islamic schools in the State of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia to teach Islamic Religion lessons. However, the schools legislative body in the German capital Berlin with the two States of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia have sued the Religious act of circumcision of infants borned of Muslim, or Jews parents as body injury of the German citizens borned of either the Muslim, or the Jews parenst and forwarded their protest to Germany's Highest Court as required by the Constitutional Civil Rights of equality between the male and the female in the Muslim, or Jews communities in the States of Germany.
