NO WONDER, RIOTS HAVE NOT BROKEN-OUT, INSPITE OF CONTINUOUS INCREASE IN NUMBER OF THE HOMELESS PEOPLE AND THE SHELTER-DWELLERS IN THE USA AND OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.


No wonder, riots haven't broken-out, except for peaceful demonstration in urban areas, specially in near-by cities and towns in the USA and in certain developed countries in which an ever increasing number of homeless people and shelter dwellers have been remarkably noted, due to education and efficient information exchange in the media.
Shelter-dwellers seemed to have been made aware of their circumstances within the inner cities and surrounding towns in regard to systems direct, or indirect signficancy in their daily lives as their dependency on the systems through jobs, or by any form of assistance that could mean temporary shelter in homeless shelters with the necessary assistance in the basic needs that may be hardly available in certain days. However, such recognized, or induced self awareness meant security and stability in inner cities and towns of certain countries, inspite of the continuous increase in number of the homeless people and shelter-dwellers.
