USA EMPHASIS ON THE PLEAD NOT TO USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS AGAINST THE COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT POSSES NUCLEAR WEAPONS HAS FREIGHTENED AS IT HAS ALARMED MANY COUNTRIES AND PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.


The highlighted news headlines on several USA Newspapers that emphasized the government's plead not to use nuclear weapons incase of war against the countries that do not posses nuclear weapons may have freightened as it has alarmed many people not just in the USA, but also in many countries around the world, specially against the countries that have been repeatedly warned for the violation of the non nuclear proliferation Treaty, countries such as Iran and North Korea.
Despite the USA Defence Department rejection of the news in regard to the changes in the use of its strategic defense nuclear weapons in the arsenals, the non nuclear proliferation Treaty watch-dogs, or rather the countries in the Treaty should not look out , specially when many countries have complained that sanctions against Iran may not be sufficient punishment against the violation of the non nuclear proliferation Treaty.
