UGANDA GOVERNMENT SEEMED TO HAVE RESOLVED THE WORLD'S MAJOR ISSUE OF HOMOSEXUALITY BY ITS LEGISLATIVE APPROACH TO CURB HOMOSEXUALITY IN UGANDA.

The Ugandan government seemed to have resolved the world's major issue of homosexuality which many systems of governments have failed to resolve, particularly the Western countries governments by its legislative approach to curb homosuality in Uganda, despite the Western governments and Aid organizations threats to stop Aid to the Ugandan government, if the Parliament pass the bill in to legislation which its penalties on violators, when enforced would either be the death penalty against aggravated homosexual offenders that are HIV positive, or harsh seven years imprisonment. Uganda members of Parliament are said to have supported the harsh penalties enacted by the legislation against homosexuality practice with the arguement that they are ready to give up the Western government assistance and businesses, if Ugandans are obliged to go sodomy and against their dignity for Aids from both the Western governments and the Humantarian Organizations.
