THE SHELTER ONLINE: SLEEP PROBLEMS IN THE SHELTER.

Sleep, astate in which our physical body condition function at the minimal while at rest has been the number one issue for many shelter-dwellers.
I wonder, how long, or how many hours I would sleep, when I finally made it to a home and actually sleep on ahuge comfortable bed at night and sleep through out the night without disturbance after the period of almost one year that has elapsed without placing my ribs on abed for asound night sleep during my rather long period of stay in ashelter in atlanta/Georgia.
Less sleep remains atough condition to experience and endure, eventhough early morning wake-up isn't a problem any more for many than it may have been previously.
Sleep problems in the shelter has not been attributed to lack of beds, but rather the poor ventilation system in the upper floor in which beds for a night sleep have been allocated for many shelter- dwellers.
