OUTAGES, OR BLACKOUT MAY RE-OCCUR IN SOME OF THE STATES OF THE USA, DUE TO GOVERNMENT STRICT REGULATION TO PRIVATIZE COOPERATE ELECTRIC POWER STATION
The USA government strict regulation to privatize co-operate electric power stations in many states amid the scramble for abreakthrough in the alternative sources of energy and the country's dependancy on foreign oil may result in yet another blackout, or outages during the approach of the winter season, due to excessive over-consumption of electric energy used for heating homes during the the cold and freezing winter season temperatures in many states of the USA, specially in the northern states.
Unlike previous outages of electric power, due to excessive usage of air conditioning systems that overwhelmed maximum capacity output of electric power stations, winter season outages, or blackout could occur as aresult of lack of education of the citizens in heat conservation tecniques which may result in over heating of homes and eventually over-consumption of the electric energy to the extend that exceeds maximum capacity output of the electric power stations in the USA and Canada.
