      Environmentalists and Green Peace Activists have bitterly complained about the less unified and controversial energy policy of the Eurozone countries, particularly on the required implementation of the change of the European Union Countries energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources such as the atomic energy and fossil fuel to the Environment friendly, less polluting and renewable energy sources such as the Solar, the Wind, the Hydro and the Geothermal energy sources, particularly after few European Union Countries and cities that entailed the European Headquarter Country of Belgium with the city of Brussels individually announced their intention to reset operation of their Nuclear Reactors that generates efficiently, sufficient electric energy capacity to meet the rising demand for high electric energy consumption in the various Eurozone Countries and cities, despite the enacted legislations by the European Union Parliament in Brussels for the implementation of the Unified Eurozone Countries energy policy with the shift from the harmful and polluting energy sources to the specified Environment friendly and renewable energy sources. However, the number of significant issues with regard to the European Union Countries good intentions for the Environment with the increasing concern for climate change and Environmental Protection issues remains the major obstacles for the required success and faster accomplishment of Climate Change and Environmental Protection objectives that entailed the intention, or the scheduled plan for the reduction of carbon dioxide emission with other harmful gases emission in to the atmosphere, particularly those that may have attributed to the accumulation of Ozone layer that resulted in the over all increase in global temperatures in the various parts of the World that entailed the Arctic and Antarctica circles by one decree centigrade at the moment and one point five decrees centigrade in the next few years.

      Mounting Pressure for possible outbreak of yet another fierce battle in Northern Iraq Region and in Syria continues after the Iraqi Forces with the Allied Forces simultaneously celebrated their victory over the destruction of ISIS strongholds in the town of Ramada with the eventual capture of Ramada in the last three days of continued offensive for the capture of the whole town from the Islamic Militants Resistance Forces and Terrorists Groups of the Islamic State and Militants Groups called ISIS and ISIL in the Northern Region of Iraq and Syria Respectively. Besides, the Allied Forces and Iraqi Forces announcement of their preparedness for farther advancement and capture of ISIS's remaining and only military Base in the Northern town of Mosul, despite the Islamic and religious leaders speech that has been broadcasted and conveyed from the three major countries of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq with the call for all the Islamic Militants Groups from the various Islamic and Arab Countries for the fight against the Iraqi Forces advancement whose victory has been attributed to the foreign Allied Forces in the Northern Iraq Region  and Syria. Few of the sixty Allied Forces that have scheduled airstrikes against ISIS strongholds in the town of Mosul and Syria entailed the USA, Russia, the European Union Countries of England, France and Germany. In addition to the few Arab World and Islamic Countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordon and the United Arab Emirates. However, the Upper Theocratic  and Highest Islamic  Clerics House in Tehran that has been responsible for the repeated re-election of the Supreme Leader Ayutollah Ali Khomeni in the highest office in the country did not mentioned anything for, or against the formation of the Islamic State in Syria and Northern Iraq Region, nor have they been against the scheduled airstrikes by the sixty Allied Countries Forces against ISIS during the debate held Yesterday in the only session of the debate held yesterday in the Upper Islamic Theocratic House that discussed the demand, or rather the requirement for increase of the Highest Clerics and Theocrats numbers in the Upper Islamic Theocrats House in Tehran.

GERMANY'S OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES HAVE FIERCELY CRITICIZED THE SECOND DEPLOYMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY TO TURKEY AND ALONG THE BORDER REGION OF TURKEY TO SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION.

     Germany's Opposition Political Parties have fiercely criticized the largest Coalition Government Cabinet's decision with the Defense Ministry approval of the second deployment of Germany's EWACS fighter planes with additional Troops re-deployment in the Turkey's border region to Syria on supervision of the NATO Allied Forces, after withdrawal of the German Military Patriot Division from the same location early in the week. Besides, the requirement for the recruitment of civilian citizens in the German Military, or the Bundeswehr for the reinforcement of the Troops at the Turkey's border region to Syria and for the continuation of the fight against the Islamic Militants and Terror Groups called  ISIS and ISIL at the Turkey's border region to Syria and Northern Iraq Region. This second deployment of the German Military and Germany's EWACS Planes without the Parliament's approval, due to its holiday Season and New Year's annual break has been denounced by the Opposition Political Parties as further violation of Germany's Constitution  and defense policy that clearly specified with emphasis the country's Constitutional objection to its military personnel and Troops participation in foreign conflicts. In addition to the defense policy of Germany's current largest Coalition Government that stated clearly disarmament of the German Military, instead of its armament with EWACS war planes. Troops reduction, instead of recruitment of civilians for the required Troops redeployment in the foreign conflicts locations at the same time, when the German Military obligations with regard to military intervention in the foreign conflicts has been restricted to humanitarian and peace missions. However, these sensitive issues with further violation of Germany's Constitution and the current defense policy may require the amendment of both the Constitution and the defense policy by the Parliament in the New Year of two thousand and sixteen (2016) as the cabinet government increasing role of responsibility with regard to humanitarian, peace and military intervention missions have continued to expand in both the domestic Eurozone Countries and in the foreign countries, particularly of the Arab World and African Countries.

UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL MANDATE FOR IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION OF PEACE IN SYRIA IN THE NEW YEAR REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

     United Nations Security Council mandate for immediate implementation of ceasefire and peace in Syria on the first week of the year two thousand and sixteen (2016), which has been expected to stop bloodshed too in Syria and Northern Iraq Region has unfortunately not specify the United Nations Security Council Resolution that has been passed by the United Nations Security Council member countries as the United Nations Security Council Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as solution to the resolution of the difficult and extended conflicts that inflicted much damage in human lives that have been lost and property damage, due to repeated objection of the same, or similar United Nations Resolution that clearly authorizes the use of military force as an alternative peace solution to specific difficult and extended armed conflicts as in the current civil wars and the Islamic Militants extended and difficult warfare in terrorism and Rebel Forces resistance conflicts, particularly in the previous debates of the United Nations Security Council Members in which few, but major United Nations Security Council Members had repeatedly objected to the use of force by the implementation of the specific Resolution for immediate peace in Syria and Northern Iraq Region in the New Year, due to the unpredictable consequences that became obvious early this week immediately after the announcement of the United Nations mandate for peace in Syria and possibly the Northern Iraq Region by reinforcement of the domestic Syrian Forces and the foreign forces that comprised of the USA, Russia and Turkey air to surface Forces with additional ammunition and ground Troops, or boots on the ground in the Northern Region of Syria that has immediately resulted in the massacre of innocent civilian citizens in the Northern Region of Syria, particularly by the Russian Troops on the ground and in the air. These incident of massacre with the occupation of Syrian Northern Region by the USA Ground Forces, specially after their entry and occupation of the town of Ramadi that has been documented and immediately resulted in fierce criticism by the International Organization for amnesty called Amnesty International because of the extend of violence inflicted by the major countries forces against innocent civilian citizens, particularly by the forces of the major countries that had repeatedly objected the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of a joined military force against Syria, but suddenly changed and became the first documented mass murder forces of the same civilian citizens they had been obligated to protect and to ensure that peace and security prevails in their regions, or countries of Syria and Northern Iraq Region. However, the same United Nations Resolution for peace in Syria that did not specify the use of military force as the Alternative Resolution has resulted in the occupation of Syrian Northern Region by Syrian Forces of President Basar Assad with the assistance of the foreign forces from the USA, Russia and Turkey as in the Occupation of the town of Ramadi. The Resolution has too, specified the relinquishment of power by President Basar Assad as it has been previously demanded by Syrian civilian citizens, the Rebel Forces of Syria and by the Islamic Militants Resistance and Terrorists Groups called ISIS that have denounced the occupation of Ramadi by the Syrian Forces loyal to President Assad with the assistance of the foreign forces from the USA, Russia and Turkey.
