THE CONTROVERSY PREVAIL ON VARIOUS INTERNET ISSUES, DESPITE EUROPEAN UNIION HIGHEST COURT DECISION FOR DATA PROTECTION, THE CONTROL OF INTERNET DATA CONTENT AND THE CONTROL OF INTERNET USERS.

     European Union Highest Court in Karlsruhe Germany concluded its debate on the controversial internet issues with regard to the requirement for the control of internet data, the internet content and internet users with emphasis on the control of internet visual data early in the week by the final legislative decision for the control of internet visual data that have been frequently published on the web without authorization of those involved, or may have depicted the intimate  internet visual data of broken relationship between partners in friendship, or marriage relationship that may have been published on the websites, blogs, the various social media and other online services in the Democratic Republic of Germany and on the World Wide Web known domains, or based stations that have been based in Germany, the Eurozone countries and on the global, or World wide countries with World Wide Web internet accession possibilities that have been proven to be very difficult to restrict, or control by legislative and technical capability through-out Germany, the Eurozone countries and in other countries around the World in which computers, smartphones, other electronic devices and the internet have been recently introduced  and remains an issue of major concern, due to series of violations that may affect an individual, or group of people privacy, convenient service and rights to internet data control within the domestic blogs, websites and various social media networks that have globally united mankind with various racial, religious and financial background, despite educational and class differences gaps and problems. However, the over-all advantages and benefits that had been made, or gained and continues to be made and enjoyed by many people in the various fields of work of the many countries of the World with emphasis on modern lifestyle have been wide range, particularly in the fields of communication and entertainment, commerce and finance, the media and transportation, education and health, security and defense  which generally have been regarded as indispensable and requires encouragement, participation and protection of the culture of modernism that continues to evolve and ease various work, improve, or upgrade the standards of almost every thing in the World, except the minor disadvantages with the major environmental protection concern about the consequences of modern technology and modernism influence and impact on the Environment and on ourselves. Few countries drastic legislative measures for ban of computers, smartphones and other electronic devices from use by citizens with additional control of individual internet users being sought may reverse all the technological break-through with the accomplishments of high technology and modernism break-through that have eased work in various fields, maximize production capacity exponentially, upgraded commerce and finance output for more financial freedom, economic growth , convenient services and upgraded higher standards of living in the various countries of the World.
