THE HIGH COURT HAS FOR THE FIRST TIME INTERVENED BY LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY TO STOP AIRPORT PROFESSIONALS AND CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST, DEMONSTRATION AND STRIKE, DUE TO LACK OF COMPROMISE ON THEIR PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE.

     One of Germany's high Courts in the State of Hessen has for the first time intervened with legislative authority to stop the trade unions, cockpit professionals, pilots, airport employees and citizens indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike, due to lack of compromise between the government, trade unions, pilots and airport employees on the previously unheeded demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that have been specified as five percent (5%), six percent (6%) and six point five (6.5%) tariff increase for both the public and private sector employees in the various States of Germany. Besides, the demands for improved schedule for pilots and safe working condition with regard to the check-up and the required continued maintenance of aircrafts, devices, other aircraft components and equipment. However, it remains unknown, whether the high Court ruling by the legislative authority to stop the airport employees and citizens indiscipline for their demands that included the demand for pay raise with the demand for improved schedule for pilots and safe working condition, or precautionary measures would be implemented, or enforced without the Parliament's and the Highest Court decision that has been based in Germany's city of Karlsruhe. None the less, the reason, or reasons for the Court's decision on the trade unions, cockpit professionals and citizens indiscipline with the demand for tariff increase has been criticized in the media by airport employees and citizens as unjustified, inspite of citizens continued indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen on claims of rights for more pay raise for the public and private sector employees,

GERMANY'S LARGEST COALITION GOVERNMENT OVERWHELMINGLY SUPPORTED THE GOVERNMENT'S PRIORITY POLICY DURING THE PARLIAMENTARY SESSION ON THE BUDGET DEBATE FOR THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN (2016), DESPITE THE FINANCE MINISTER EMPHASIS ON THE COUNTRY'S PROJECTED FINANCE OBJECTIVES.

     Germany's finance minister Wolfgang Schauble appeared much bigger than usual during the seemingly lengthy and extended Parliamentary session on the scheduled debate for the discussion of Germany's budget for the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) in the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag, particularly after he emphasized the government's finance objectives for the reduction, or elimination of both the government's debt and budget deficit untill the year two thousand and twenty four to two thousand twenty six (2024-2026) compared to the governmenent's current priority policy for the solution to the refugees crisis in Germany and the Eurozone countries that should not hurt the government's projected finance objectives for the reduction, or elimination of debt and budget deficit for the year two thousand and sixteen and perhaps the year two thousand and seventeen respectively. However, the government's major coalition government of the major political parties that comprised of of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democrats ( SPD) with the Green Political Party have supported and concluded yesterday's Parliamentary debate on the budget for the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) with overwhelming support of the government's current priority policy for the solution to the refugees crisis in Germany and the Eurozone countries, despite the finance minister repeated warnings against the government's policy on Finance Assistance Rescue Packages and the priority policy on the solution to the refugees crisis that should not hurt the country's projected finance goals.

REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS CHILDREN WITH THEIR PARENTS HAVE CELEBRATED THE GOVERNMENT'S DECISION WITH THE SUPPORT OF LEGISLATORS FOR THEIR ENROLLMENT IN SCHOOLS IN THE VARIOUS STATES OF GERMANY THAT ENTAILED THE FREE STATE OF BAYERN MUNCHEN.

    Despite continued controversial debates on the current refugees and asylum seekers crisis in Germany and the European Union Parliament in Brussels, particularly on the effort to formulate new legislations, or regulations for the required immediate solution to the refugees influx  to the European Union cities from Eastern Europe and specially in Germany's major States and cities such as Bayern Munchen, Baden Wuttenberg, Stuttgart and other cities from which the statistics have indicated that the level of influx has reached record high since the year nineteen ninety two (1992). However, refugees and asylum seekers children with their parents and family members have celebrated Germany's government decision with the legislators support for the enrollment of refugees and asylum seekers children in schools for the begin of the new school year, or last semester of the school year in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, inspite of the fierce criticism of the right wing and left wing political parties politicians that have attempted restriction of refugees and asylum seekers children with their parents enrollment in schools in the various States of Germany by legislative and government's authority that will deny refugees and sylum seekers children with their parents the privilege to education in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen.      Trade Unions employees at the various airports of the many States in the Democratic Republic of Germany and cockpit professionals, particularly the Lufthansa airline pilots have again and repeatedly warned the government, the Lufthansa Airline Company and the airlines industry in general about the possible Lufthansa Pilots, airport employees and citizens civil indiscipline by protest, strike and possibly demonstration, due to the lack of compromise among the cockpit professionals, the trade unions and the government on the previously unheeded demands that entailed tariff increase that has been specified as six point five percent (6.5%), or six percent (6%) and five percent (5%) tariff increase for the cockpit professionals and other airport employees. Besides, the additional demands that includes flight schedule readjustment for pilots. The over time hours adjustment with the demand for over time bonus and improved safety working conditions that include flights check-up with constant maintenance of damaged electronic devices, or flight equipment to ensure the required safety and precautionary safety measures for both the domestic and International flights bound for near by and far away intended destinations around the World. The reason, or reasons for the demand for pay raise for the cockpit professionals and airport employees in the various States of Germany has been emphasized as attributes of the rising high standard of living, or the preferred lifestyle for the cockpit professionals with their family members in Germany and the Eurozone countries.

UKRAINE GOVERNMENT AND EAST OF UKRAINE REBELS HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE ON FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT AS REQUIRED BY THE MINSK TREATY.

      Ukraine and East of Ukraine Rebels have reached compromise on further extension of cease fire agreement as required by the Minsk Treaty after yesterday's citizens violent demonstration at the Parliament in Kiev that further resulted in civilians armed clashes and rebel forces attacks in the restricted war zone area. These series of armed clashes and rebels fierce battle against Ukraine forces has been the consequence of citizens violent attacks on the Parliament in Kiev during the Parliamentary debate held yesterday for the enaction of the legislation that will authorize the declaration of an Autonomy for East of Ukraine within the independent sovereign nation of Ukraine, despite the repeated Referendums that have been held last year and early this year that supported the split, or division of the nation of Ukraine in to three separate independent sovereign nations of  the Crimea region that will entail the independent sovereign nation of Ukraine, the independent sovereign nation of the Island of Krim within the Russian Federation and the independent sovereign nation of East of Ukraine which certainly had been all rejected by both the USA government and the European Union government as unnecessary protest and revolution that will further split, or divide Ukraine in to smaller and less efficient independent sovereign nations, although the separation has been marked as the decisive factor that may bring peace in the entire region .

EUROPEAN UNION SPACE CENTER BAHNHOF HAS ANNOUNCED ITS INTENTION TO RESUME ITS SPACE MISSION TO THE NEAR BY AND FAR AWAY SPACE EXPLORATION .

       European Union Space Center Bahnhof has announced its intention to resume space mission to the Space Station and far away space exploration early this week Soyus Amh-18m has been erected on the Space Center platform for the scheduled launched that has been specified as in the month of September in the year two thousand and fifteen (2015). The over three hundred pounds rocket has been mounted for launch with significant electronic devices and scientific equipment required for near-by, or  far away space exploration in the farthest outer Space with the distant planets in the Universe. However, the reason, or reasons for the resumption of space mission with possible space exploration by the European Union Space Center Bahnhof with, or without Russian assistance has not been revealed and may remain unknown until the first stage of the near-by and far away space exploration by the European Union Space Center has been accomplished. Few Scientists and Journalists may speculate on the possible objectives of the mission as an excitement for the fulfillment, or accomplishment of the wonder of science with the possible hope for the discovery of  far away wealthiest new frontiers filled with mineral resources, exotic plants and possibly may even be inhabited by creatures, or humanbeings of the far away outer space and the many planets in the Universe.
