THE WORLD'S GOLDEN BUBBLE INTERNET GENERATION CONCERN ABOUT THE EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATIVE AND TECNICAL APPROACH FOR INTERNET DATA CONTROL AND ITS USE.

THE WORLD'S GOLDEN BUBBLE INTERNET GENERATION CONCERN ABOUT THE EUROPEAN UNION LEGISLATIVE AND TECNICAL APPROACH FOR INTERNET DATA CONTROL AND ITS USE.

The European Union scheduled meeting for the legislative and tecnical approach to internet data control and its use has been raising concern about the future of internet use with the required safety for its use among various groups, particularly among the World's Golden Bubble Internet Generation that have been acknowledged as the World's youngest multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires whose numbers have tripled within the shortest time period around the World, despite the previous financial background history of less or no principal capital gains of many Golden Bubble Internet Generation Youth. However, these approaches have been criticized as means that may encourage the ban on certain internet devices use as it has happened in some countries with the ban on the innovative tecnologies that have been and may remain indispensable applications, or tecnologies in various fields in both the developed and the developing countries, eventhough some sources in the European Union countries, specially in Germany have anticipated the facts of the scheduled meeting as approaches that may prevent internet use and internet data violation by either the legislative, or the tecnical means and ensure the required safety for internet users at domestic and global scale.

EURO CRISIS MEASURES HAVE FURTHER RESHAPED SOCIAL RESTRUCTURING WITHIN THE EUROZONE WITH THE COMBAT AGAINST FINANCIAL CRISIS, UNEMPLOYMENT AND THE RISING POVERTY LINE IN SOME EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES.

European Union countries measures against Euro crisis have further reshaped social restructuring within the Eurozone with the combat against financial crisis, unemployment and the rising number of people that have been striken by poverty, homelessness and hunger, or both, inspite of the apparent initial negative effect and impact of the measures on various groups within the Eurozone countries that entailed the low income earners, the retired seniors, the unemployed, due to the frequent slashing of jobs in major and medium size companies, factories and businesses in the European Union countries. Besides, its impact on the newly arrived immigrants and refugees at various European Union countries ports and cities. However, various European Union Humanitarian groups have criticized the European Union governments measures required for the fight against social structures deterioration, financial crisis and poverty as violent measures that may be inhumanely directed against minority groups, the immigrants and refugees within the Eurozone.

EUROPEAN AND ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES HAVE OPENED THEIR PORTS FOR THE SYRIAN REFUGEES, INSPITE OF CONTROVERSIAL REPORTS ON THE NUMBERS OF VICTIMS PRESENTED BY THE UN DURING THE CONFLICT.

EUROPEAN AND ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES HAVE OPENED THEIR PORTS FOR THE SYRIAN REFUGEES, INSPITE OF CONTROVERSIAL REPORTS ON THE NUMBERS OF VICTIMS PRESENTED BY THE UN DURING THE CONFLICT.

Inspite of continued explosions in and around the Syrian capital Damascus with frequent victimization of both the UN personnel and Syrian citizens, the number of the displaced Syrian refugees and those that have been killed during the conflict is believed to have exceeded the numbers presented by the United Nations Organization that has fixed the figures at three hundred thousand (300,000.) and sixty thousand (60,000.) respectively. However, these figures have encouraged both the neighboring Arab countries and the European countries to open their ports for the refugees from Syria, Inspite of the European Union current problems of unemployment, economic and financial problems, due to the European Union economic and finance policies in Austerity measures required for the unification of the Eurozone nations.

INSPITE OF FLACTUATING OPINION PULLS RESULTS ON THE COALITION GOVERNMENT CANDIDATES RE-ELECTION CHANCES, THE KANZLER'S FIGURES STOOD FAR APART AND AHEAD OF HER OPPONENTS FIGURES.

INSPITE OF FLACTUATING OPINION PULLS RESULTS ON THE COALITION GOVERNMENT CANDIDATES RE-ELECTION CHANCES, THE KANZLER'S FIGURES STOOD FAR APART AND AHEAD OF HER OPPONENT'S FIGURES.

Inspite of flactuating opinion pulls results on the coalition government candidates re-election chances that marked the month of January as the busiest and feverish election month of the year 2013, Kanzler Angela Merkel figures stood far apart and ahead of her Opponent's figures with an overwhelmingly support for her re-election chance as the Kanzler of the Republic of Germany for the third term in office with the percentage support estimated at over eighty five percent (85%), despite the leadership crisis with the diminishing re-election chances for some of the government's coalition political parties candidates required for the next coalition government after the re-election of the Kanzler. However, reasons for her overwhelming support remains focused on her recent economic and political policies changes achievements, particularly for Europe with Germany's increasing role of responsibilities that entailed the change of the energy policy from the atomic energy as the main energy source to the environment friendly renewable energy sources, the Niedersachsen nuclear waste problems, the Integration question in Germany's various States and Germany's military recent involvement in conflict resolution at both the domestic and foreign levels.

GOVERNMENTS CONCERN FOR THE YEAR'S BEGIN OF 2013 EXPRESSED ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL WORRIES IN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES THAN IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR.

Governments concern for the year's begin  that expressed economic and financial worries of the most industrialized, developed and wealthiest nations around the World, particularly in the USA, Germany, China and Japan, despite the current better economic and financial conditions in these countries, when compared to other countries may have been attributed to the general shrinking economic and financial performance rated at five to seven percent (5%-7%) decreasing rates that begun at the end of the previous year in many countries around the World, due to recession. However, some current issues of equal significance that determines some of the developed countries foreign policies with economic stability such as the developed countries unfair mordern warfare of unmanned vehicles, or Drones that have diversified the mordern warfare to complex stages and simplified mass killing of humans to as easy as playing a computer game. Manipulation of organ donation purpose for finacial gains and the diminishing fight against poverty and hunger in the developing countries may remain ignored as the major and the wealthiest countries concern for the begin of the year 2013 remains focused on the economic and financial measures for the protection of their abundancy on the tables.

MAJOR FINANCIAL MARKETS REACTED POSITIVELY WITH GAINS TO THE COMPROMISE REACHED ON THE USA FISCAL CLIFF, DESPITE ITS CRITICISM.

MAJOR FINANCIAL MARKETS REACTED POSITIVELY WITH GAINS TO THE COMPROMISE REACHED ON THE USA FISCAL CLIFF, DESPITE ITS CRITICISM.

Major financial markets reacted positively with gains on the financial markets performance to the compromise reached on the USA fiscal cliff  between the two major political parties, the Republicn Party and the Democratic Party, despite criticism of the compromise reached as simply postponement of the Republican's automated fiscal cliff procedures implementation required for the Republican's Party intended economic revamp to the alternative that specified gradual implementation of  economic recovery measures in spending cuts and tax increase over the period of time that ranged between two to four years for the eventual implementation of the specified economic measures which too may become comlicated and difficult to control, due to the less clarity in regard to the cost and benefits that remains disputable on the four point six percent (4.6%) tax increase on the wealthier Americans.
