EUROPEAN AND ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES HAVE OPENED THEIR PORTS FOR THE SYRIAN REFUGEES, INSPITE OF CONTROVERSIAL REPORTS ON THE NUMBERS OF VICTIMS PRESENTED BY THE UN DURING THE CONFLICT.

Inspite of continued explosions in and around the Syrian capital Damascus with frequent victimization of both the UN personnel and Syrian citizens, the number of the displaced Syrian refugees and those that have been killed during the conflict is believed to have exceeded the numbers presented by the United Nations Organization that has fixed the figures at three hundred thousand (300,000.) and sixty thousand (60,000.) respectively. However, these figures have encouraged both the neighboring Arab countries and the European countries to open their ports for the refugees from Syria, Inspite of the European Union current problems of unemployment, economic and financial problems, due to the European Union economic and finance policies in Austerity measures required for the unification of the Eurozone nations.
