THE GOVERNMENT WITH THE TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE MAJOR AIRPORTS HAVE FINALLY REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT SECURITY FOR THE COCKPIT PROFESSIONALS AND THOSE IN THE DUTY OF ACCOMPANIMENT.
The government with the Trade Unions and employees of Germany's major airports as the Frankfurt and Dusseldorf Airport have finally reached compromise on the previously unheeded demands of airport employees, specially the demand for tariff increase for the Cockpit Professionals and those in the duty of the accompaniment that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase with the additional demand for pay raise and over time bonus for the mostly over stressed Cockpit Professionals of both the domestic and long distance International travel to and from far away destinations at home and in the far away foreign countries. Further significant demands of the airport employees that have been partly resolved entailed the insurance and retirement security, or benefits for the Cockpit Professionals and those in the duty of the accompaniment for the domestic and long distance air travel professionals. Besides, the demand for travel safety with regard to the over stressed pilots, particularly the captain in command of the aircraft scheduled for long distance none stop flights to far away destinations, due to inadequate flight schedules of both the domestic and long distance travel that has over-stressed the pilots with the captain in command of the aircraft, specially those that have been continuously obligated to command flights bound for long distance, or International Flights in the far away destinations of the many foreign countries. The requirement for tighter security at the major airports and for the in bound and out bound flights scheduled for landing, or take off respectively at the major airports has been another issue of greater concern that requires International Co-operation of both airports and governments for the prevention of terrorists attacks at the domestic European Union and foreign countries, specially at the airports in many parts of the World. However, the Trade Unions and employees at the major airports have reassured the government and the passengers about temporary postponement of the scheduled civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike as the compromise reached between government the trade unions and airports employees, particularly the Cockpit Professionals and those in the duty of the accompaniment are being implemented within the limited time period which unfortunately has neither been specified by the government, nor by the Trade Unions in order for the employees demand for tariff increase, new insurance policy and retirement security are being implemented with the demand for security at the major airports that should be fulfilled within the required time period.
