GERMANY'S DEFENSE MINISTER MANDATE FOR REFORM SPECIFIED THE REINFORCEMENT OF THE GERMAN MILITARY WITH ADDITIONAL TROOPS AND MILITARY HARDWARE AS PREVIOUSLY PLANNED.

     Germany's Defense Minister mandate for reform that specified the reinforcement of the German Military also known as the Bundeswehr with additional Troops and military hardware has been partly implemented by the recruitment of additional fourteen thousand and three hundred soldiers and military personnel, despite the extended criticism against the Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen reform plan of the German Military by few government's cabinet members, Members of Parliament and the Opposition Political Parties Members as contrary to the country's Constitution and the current defense policy that specified Humanitarian and Peace Missions requirement for the German Military in the domestic, the Eurozone and in the foreign countries as the government's increasing role of responsibility for intervention in the domestic and foreign countries conflicts for Humanitarian and Peace purposes  has fortunately increased to thrice, or many folds within the shortest time period of just about a decade. Further deployment of the German Military in the regions of conflicts with the redeployment of the Bundesweher in the regions, or countries of conflicts in which the German Military have been stationed as in Afghanistan Iraq Turkey Syria Mali Somalia and South of Sudan may further require extension of their mission, or the deployment duty period, instead of the scheduled withdrawal from the mentioned regions, or country's of conflicts. Other significant defense issues required for the reform mentioned with the possible changes needed in the German Military which the Defense Minister has succeeded in pushing through both the Defense Ministry and the German Parliament in her ceaseless effort for the reform of the German Military entailed much deeper involvement of the German Military in the high technology defense programs with the training of the German Military for efficient use of the strategic defense weapons such  as the unmanned vehicles, or Drones that have been frequently used for surveillance purposes and for targeting the intended targets, or the wanted persons as the militants Bases and their wanted Commanders in the Eurozone Countries and the Arab World Countries. Besides, the re-opening of the German Military Cyber Defense Center in the German Military Base, after the closer of the German only civil Cyber Defense Center that had been located in the city of Bonn Badgodesberg in the German State of North Rhein Westfallen about two years ago.
