GERMANY'S PARLIAMENT CONCLUDED ITS DEBATE ON SEXUAL ASSAULT ATTEMPTS INCIDENT WITH OVERWHELMING SUPPORT OF THE CHANCELLOR'S STATEMENTS FOR TOUGHER ACCOUNTABILITY METHODS AND LEGISLATIVE MEASURES, INSPITE OF REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS INFLUX TO THE WESTERN EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

      Germany's Parliament also known as the Bundestag concluded its Parliamentary debate on the sexual assault attempts incident against the domestic and native German women during the New Year's Eve Celebration at the main train station in Germany's city of Cologne with overwhelming support of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel statements for tougher accountability methods and legislative measures against violators of the country's legislation and safety of the domestic citizens, particularly those violators that have been identified as refugees and asylum seekers of North African Countries Origin with Islamic Religion, or Arab background of the Northern African Countries of Algeria, Tunisia and Libya who should immediately lose their privilege to both refugee and asylum status in the Democratic Republic of Germany that should too be accompanied by immediate eviction of suspects that have been proven guilty of the crimes committed against the native German Citizens to their respective countries of origin in the Northern African Continent, despite the good news of financial and economic progress that has been released by the Ministry of Finance and specifically by Finance Minister Wolfgang Schauble about the amount in budget surplus that has more than double for the year's end budget surplus of two thousand and fifteen (2015). Finance Minister Wolfgang Schauble has specified the amount in the sum of twelve point one billion euros (12.1b) as the surplus for the year's end budget of two thousand and fifteen (2015) that will be directed toward the solution of the current refugee and asylum crisis in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the Eurozone Countries. This good news of financial surplus, instead of budget deficit, Inspite of continued refugees and asylum seekers influx to Germany and Western Eurozone Countries has calmed down and remove anxieties of both the governments leaders with the citizens in Germany's various States and the Eurozone Countries. It too, reaffirmed Germany's Scientists, University Professors and Research Students study results with the conclusions that have been made, or deduced on the minimal effect of refugees and asylum seekers influx in to the Democratic Republic of Germany and the Eurozone Countries that could be over turned and transformed in to advantages, instead of the current and predicted disadvantages, particularly when refugees and asylum seekers have been annually introduced in various Communities, or Society and placed on the qualification stages for integration process by various means that requires mental health and physical strength during the integration process that emphasized the requirement for absolute discipline at schools, in the higher Institutions of Education, such as Colleges, or Universities and at work places.
