DISPUTE OVER GAMBLING AND NONE-GAMBLING GAMES HAS ENDED IN CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES IN VARIOUS PARLIAMENTS AROUND THE WORLD WITHOUT THE REQUIRED SOLUTION, OR CONCLUSIVE FINAL DECISION OF EITHER THE SUPREME COURT, OR THE HIGHEST COURT.

     The USA, European Union and other countries legislators that entailed the legislators of Russia, Australia, Canada, the Asian countries, the Middle East, the Arab World and few African countries have ceased their Parliamentary, or legislators debates on the issue of gambling and none-gambling games such as " Who wants to be a millionaire", "Jeopardy" and various other online games that have been recommended by either the Ministries, or Departments of Higher, or Advance Scientific Education for high school students in the mentioned countries and various other countries around the World without conclusive decision on the dispute over gambling and none-gambling games that became the apparent reason for the controversial debates in many Parliaments,or legislative Committees around the World and a difficult issue in many Higher, or Advance Institutions for learning in the various countries of this World that entailed the USA and European Union countries, despite the requirement for a solution on the issue which unfortunately has remained without solution, or the final decision of the Supreme Court and the Highest Court in the USA and European Union countries respectively. Germany's Parliament also known as the Bundestag made the decision for compromise on the gambling and none-gambling games by further privatization policy of none profit, or co-operate and profit gambling businesses about two years ago with the age limitation for participants in both games that have been either recommended by the Higher and Advance Scientific Education, specialy for adult students and none-a dult students, or discouraged by them. However, the reason, or reasons for the discouragement of both none-gambling and gambling games by either parents, or few Higher Institutions for Learning and churches, rather than  encouraged by them has been the addictive nature of gambling and none-gambling games, besides the dependency of students and few adults on their struggling parents, or parents with better financial background.
