UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION HAS REMAINED SILENT, DESPITE THE REQUIREMENT FOR NEUTRALITY FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THIS WORLD WITH REGARD TO THE PROVISION OF HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE IN TIME OF CRISIS.

UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION HAS REMAINED SILENT, DESPITE THE REQUIREMENT FOR NEUTRALITY FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THIS WORLD WITH REGARD TO THE PROVISION OF HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE IN TIME OF CRISIS.

       United Nations Organization has remained silent about the rising humanitarian crisis in Russia and Ukraine, due to the refugees influx from East of Ukraine to Moscow and Kiev respectively, despite the expected neutrality of the United Nations Organization with regard to the required protective shield for the inhabitants of this World in time of various types of crisis that may be insecurity, due to military conflict, humaniarian crisis, due to war, climate change, natural catastrophe, hunger and other similar difficult living condition, or diseases. The estimated numbers of refugees influx to Moscow and Kievwith other cities, or towns of both countries have been placed at seven hundred and fifty thousand and a hundred and twenty thousand and counting respectively. However, the United Nations Organization has been currently requested to act neutrally and provide humanitarian assistance in time of crisis to promote peace and co-operation in difficult time, despite the USA and European Union countries intensified sanction against Russia and East of Ukraine.
